Is It Time to Retire Santa Claus?

      In the United States 18.8% of persons over 65 years old are still working, as are 20% of 70- to 74-year-olds and 8.4% of those 75 years and older (www.pewresearch.org). Over one-half say they work because they want to, and a similar number are very happy with their work. Six percent more of older persons are working in 2016 than were working in 2000.
