Red Napkin Program (RNP) : A Nutrition Intervention for High-Risk Residents in Skilled Nursing Facility

      Unintentional weight loss, which can lead to increased morbidity and mortality, is a prevalent problem among residents of long-term care facilities. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, unintentional weight loss has been a persistent problem in long term care increasing up to 10% statewide in Georgia.
