The Delirium Care Process Model: An Innovative and Interactive Educational Tool

      Non-geriatrics medical trainees have varying competence and confidence in addressing delirium despite the existence of numerous learning resources. We created a web-based, interactive flowchart (“the Flowchart”) to improve delirium education and management for learners rotating through the Geriatric Consult service at a major academic hospital. This project aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Flowchart in assisting learners to manage patients with delirium.
