      Better understanding of longitudinal utilization trajectories after surgery are needed but are prone to selection bias because the likelihood of having HF is not random. This study aimed to examine hospital utilization patterns among older adults before and after hip fracture surgery and whether HF influences these trajectories using propensity-score-matched data with selection bias reduced.
